摘要: 針對多沙河流河床沖淤調整幅度大,沖淤交替發生,特別是一些大型水庫的建成運用,不同程度地改變了原有河床的沖淤演變規律,直接影響引水渠首取水能力,導致渠首閘乃至整個輸水渠系不斷改建的現實問題,著重分析三門峽水庫和小浪底水庫不同運行階段對河床沖淤的影響,比較有壩式引水和無壩式引水的兩種情況及存在的問題,論證了不同渠首閘布置形式對變動河床的適應性;重點介紹了一種適用于多沙河流灌區取水條件經常調整的分層取水方法;概述了分層取水閘的結構設計和運行管理簡況,以黃河下游小開河引水閘為例,并與黃河下游已改建的單層渠首閘作比較。結果表明:多層渠首閘能夠分層取水,應對不同水沙情況,適應河床調整,保證設計引水流量,延長渠首閘使用壽命,有利于渠首閘閘前閘后引水渠的長期運用,使灌區工程效益得到有效發揮。

Abstract: Aiming at the actual problems that the head sluices and even the overall diversion channels in sandy rivers were continuous reconstructed, due to the varying water diversion capacity accompanying with the changing evolution law of scouring and silting of the original river bed, which was affected to different degrees by the large adjustment range and the alternation of riverbed scouring and silting, especially the construction and operation of large reservoirs, the influence of the different operating stages of Sanmenxia Reservoir and Xiaolangdi Reservoir on the scouring and silting of riverbed was analyzed, the working conditions and existing problems of damtype diversion and damless diversion were compared and the adaptability of the layout of head sluices to variable bed was demonstrated; A kind of layered water intake method applicable to the regularly adjusted water intake conditions in irrigated area with sandy rivers was emphatically introduced; The structural design and operation management of the layered water intake sluice were briefly introduced, taking Xiaokai River sluice in the lower Yellow River for an example and compared with the reconstructed singlelayer head sluice in the lower Yellow River. The results show that layered water intake can be realized with the multilayer head sluice, which can meet various flowsediment situations, adapt to riverbed adjustment, guarantee the design diversion flow, prolong the service life of head sluice, be favorable for longterm use of the diversion channels before and after the head sluice and result in effective project benefit in irrigated area.
