摘要: 自清洗網式過濾器是目前國內外應用最廣泛的過濾器之一,是保證整個微灌系統正常運行的核心設備。針對自主研發的水力驅動自清洗網式過濾器的工作原理、結構特點和創新點進行闡述,并對4種型號的過濾器進行水力性能測試和試驗。結果表明:自主研發的水力驅動自清洗網式過濾器過流能力強,清洗效率高,輕便且結構緊湊,使用壽命長。

Abstract: Selfcleaning screen filter, the core devices of microirrigation system, is one of the most widely used filters at home and abroad. This paper introduced the working principles, structural characteristics and innovations of a selfcleaning screen filter, which was selfdeveloped and driven hydraulically based on the hydraulic performance test of four types. The experiment shows that the selfdeveloped filters have greater flows, high cleaning efficiency, compact and lightweight and long service life.
