摘要: 為了建立合理的膠凝砂礫石料蠕變模型,進行了大壩長期變形預測,并研究了膠凝材料摻量對膠凝砂礫石料蠕變特性的影響。采用Burgers模型描述膠凝砂礫石料顆粒間的界面特性,通過細觀力學均勻化方法得到膠凝砂礫石料蠕變本構模型。進行了4組不同膠凝材料摻量的膠凝砂礫石料單軸壓縮蠕變試驗,分析了不同膠凝材料摻量下膠凝砂礫石料的蠕變特點,進而依據試驗數據擬合出所得模型相關參數。將蠕變本構模型植入ANSYS軟件平臺,進行了膠凝砂礫石料試件的蠕變模擬,結果表明提出的蠕變模型能較好地預測膠凝砂礫石料的蠕變變形。應用所提模型與參數對某膠凝砂礫石壩進行了長期變形計算分析。

Abstract: The paper aimed at establishing a reasonable creep model of cemented sand and gravel (CSG) for estimating the longterm deformation of CSG dam and analyzing the influence of cement content on creep features. It adopted Burgers model to describe the interface characteristics between cemented gravel particles, and the creep constitutive model of CSG was obtained with micromechanical homogenization method. Singleaxial compression creep tests were carried out for four groups of CSG with different dosage, and the creep characteristics of CSG with different gelation content were analyzed. Then the relevant parameters of the model were obtained according to the experimental data. The creep constitutive model was implanted into the ANSYS software platform for simulating the creep simulation of CSG. The results show that the proposed creep model can be used to estimate the creep deformation of CSG. Finally, the durability of a CSG dam was calculated according to the interface fitting material parameters.
