摘要: 厄瓜多爾Coca Codo Sinclair電站擁有8臺大型高水頭沖擊式機組,最小水頭604.90 m,需要配水環管和外側混凝土共同承擔水頭壓力,充水保壓值至關重要,因此采用三維有限元方法對擬定的配水環管三種保壓方案進行了模擬。對比分析不同保壓方案在正常運行水頭作用下鋼襯、環向鋼筋的應力及外圍混凝土應力變形分布規律,同時考慮配水環管與外圍混凝土之間的接觸狀態及混凝土的承載比等因素,最終選用最小水頭壓力的85%作為保壓值。

Abstract: There are eight high water head of great units in Coca Codo Sinclair Power Station of Ecuador. The lowest water head is 604.90 m. Water filling pressurization distribution pipes and external concrete structures are structurally complicated and jointly bear the water pressure of high water head, so the pressurization value is extremely important. This paper carried out simulation of three pressurization alternatives for the distribution pipe using three dimensional finite element method, compared the circumferential stress of steel lining and circumferential reinforcement of each alternative under normal operating head, and analyzed the stress and deformation distribution rules of external concrete while taking into account factors such as the contact between distribution pipe and external concrete and the concrete bearing ratio. In the end, 85% of the lowest water head was adopted as pressurization value.
