摘要: 結合小波分析方法,考慮IHA指標的周期性變化,建立了一種合理的水文情勢評估方法。研究表明:①涇河流域徑流量在1986年前后發生顯著突變,30個IHA指標的周期發生變化;②考慮周期性變化后,計算得到的河流水文情勢改變度增大,9個IHA指標的改變度等級由低度改變轉為中度改變,1個IHA指標的改變度由中度改變轉為重度改變;③涇河流域水文情勢的整體改變度為中度改變,原RVA法和該方法計算的改變度分別為0.363和0.493。

Abstract: River hydrological regime is the main indicator of river ecological health. This paper used the wavelet analysis method to establish a more reasonable hydrological regime assessment method by considering the periodicity alteration of IHA indexes. The research shows that a) the runoff of the Jinghe River basin has undergone significant mutations around 1986 and the periodicity of 30 IHA indicators has been changed; b) after considering the periodicity alteration, the change degree of the calculated river hydrological regime is increased. The alteration of the nine IHA indicators are changed from low to medium and the alteration of one IHA index is changed from medium to high and; c) the overall alteration of hydrological regime in the Jinghe River is medium. The degrees of alteration calculated by the original RVA method and this method are 0.363 and 0.493 respectively.
