摘要: 黃河水量調度管理系統是國內第一個流域級水量調度系統,其首要任務是進行水量調度要素分析,建立水量調度業務模型,在此基礎上,針對黃河水量調度高度復雜、規模龐大的特點,進行符合各級管理單位實際工作場景的系統設計。在建設和運行過程中,系統遵循總體設計要求,注重單項工程質量、注重數據集成效果、注重業務應用便捷,并與國家水資源監控能力建設項目進行整合,獲得良好效果。隨著黃河水量調度管理面向全流域、信息技術發展迎來智慧時代,黃河水量調度管理系統可以采用更先進的技術、更智能的手段,更好地支撐黃河水量調度管理工作。

Abstract: The Yellow River water dispatching management system is the first river basin level water dispatching system in China, of which the primary task is to analyze the water dispatching elements and establish the water dispatching business model. On this basis, the system design is carried out to adapt to the high complexity and extensive range of the Yellow River water dispatching, in accordance with the real work scenarios at all management levels. Nowadays the system runs effectively, after continuous hard work in construction and operation, in which, according to the overall design requirements, the quality of the single project, the data integration, the convenience of the business application and the integration with the national water resources capacity monitoring project have paid huge attention. In the future, the domain of Yellow River water dispatching management will be expanded to the entire basin, the information technology is entering into the intelligent era and the Yellow River water dispatching management system can further and better support the dispatching management.
